Stock video footage described below includes smokestacks
belching smoke, urban smog, diesel exhaust, and a smoldering
wood fire in a fireplace. Of special interest are diverse shots
of air pollution and greenhouse gases rising from smokestacks
at power plants and at paper, pulp, and lumber mills. Also of
interest are shots of jets leaving contrails in the sky, views
of polluted air above a large city, and shots of clocks ticking
(symbolizing the concept that time is running out).
